- 集装箱充气袋
在充气袋出现之前产品运输最大货损因素 ：
货物之间向前或向后的碰撞造成包装破损，进而造成货物的损坏。
充气袋可以有效防止在卡车、集装箱或铁路运输中货物的移动。它充分填充货物之间的空隙，支撑货物因摇晃而产生的重量，吸收震动，保护货物免于在运输中损坏，比任何其他的支撑填充保护物效果更好，比泡沫塑料等传统的方法更环保。
充气袋的外袋是用PP及PE覆膜的牛皮纸制成，坚韧而牢靠，内袋是以PA为主的5层拱挤尼龙薄膜制成。单向逆止气阀充气或放气操作迅捷，密闭牢靠，可承受10吨以上的压力。
充气袋不仅成本低廉，抗压及吸震性能远远优于其他填充物。充气袋使用简单，大大节约装箱时间，有效降低运输成本，提高公司形象，已经被越来越多的用户所采用。
在充气袋出现之前人们普遍使用木托架或泡沫等来填充货物之间的缝隙。但是这些材料在成本和保护效果上都不能令人满意，且受到诸多限制。随着环保要求的日益提高，木质/ 泡沫塑料等填充材料正在受到舍弃。

为了正常使用，如果货物包装有尖锐的角（如木托盘、木箱等），在充气袋的两面加入瓦楞纸板或其他平整板材可有效保护充气袋不被扎破。
